Can I request a same-day courier?
Yes. Choose “As soon as possible” in the form and tell us when your goods are ready. If you have a delivery deadline, include that too. We’ll check availability before quoting.
How much will my delivery cost?
The price depends on the route, timing, size and weight of your goods, and any special handling. We’ll send you a fixed quote with the charges set out before you decide.
Can you help with a delivery outside Kent?
Send us your collection and delivery postcodes. We review each route individually and will confirm whether we can arrange your delivery, including journeys further afield.
What if I don’t know which vehicle I need?
Leave the vehicle preference as “Not sure”. Include the number of items, approximate dimensions and total weight, and we’ll discuss a suitable option with you.
When is my delivery booked?
The form sends us a quote enquiry. Your delivery is booked once you’ve accepted the quote and we’ve confirmed availability and collection arrangements in a separate booking confirmation.
